Wave Partner Network Membership Agreement

Effective date: 2026-05-01

This Wave Partner Network Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Wave Mobile Technologies ("Wave") and the individual applying for Wave Partner Network membership ("you" or "Member").

1. Membership and service

Wave Partner Network is a professional credentialing service and networking platform. Your membership provides access to the Wave Certified directory, potential leads in your domain, the Wave Partner community, and ongoing credential maintenance.

2. No guarantee of work, income, or engagement

You understand and agree: Wave Partner Network membership does NOT guarantee any minimum number of work assignments, leads, referrals, or income.

Wave makes no representation that membership will result in any specific level of earnings or engagements. Your decision to enroll is voluntary, and you understand that actual work opportunities depend on market demand, geographic availability, and other factors outside Wave's control.

Membership is not an employment offer. It is not a job placement service. Wave Partner Network is not an employer and this is not a job offer.

3. Independent status

Your Wave Partner Network membership does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or independent contractor relationship between you and Wave. You are not an employee of Wave and are not entitled to employee benefits of any kind.

Any work or engagements that result from platform access are entered into independently by you and any third party. Wave is not a party to any such arrangement and accepts no liability for the terms, performance, or outcome of any work engagement facilitated through or resulting from Wave Partner Network membership.

4. Background check

As part of your membership application, Wave will conduct or cause to be conducted a consumer report or investigative consumer report in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws. You authorize Wave and its third-party background check processors to obtain this report for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility for membership.

A background check fee is charged to cover the cost of processing and does not guarantee approval. Wave reserves the right to decline membership to any applicant whose background check results do not meet Wave's standards. If your application is declined based on background check results, you will be provided with the name and contact information of the consumer reporting agency used, a copy of your report, a summary of your FCRA rights, and an opportunity to dispute inaccurate information before final adverse action.

Submission of a background check does not create an employment relationship of any kind.

5. Fees and refunds

Membership fees are specified on the enrollment page at the time you sign this Agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as described in Wave's Refund Policy. The background check fee is non-refundable once submitted for processing, regardless of outcome.

6. Credential expiration and renewal

Your Wave Certified credential is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. Renewal requires payment of the then-current membership fee and may require a new background check at Wave's discretion.

7. Termination

Wave may suspend or terminate your membership for violation of Wave's policies, failure of a background check renewal, failure to pay membership fees, or any other reason Wave deems appropriate. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

8. Privacy and data handling

Wave's Privacy Policy, available at waveride.ai/privacy, governs how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

9. Acknowledgment

By ticking the acknowledgment checkbox on the enrollment page and completing payment, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and confirm that you have read and understand Sections 2 and 3 regarding the absence of any work guarantee and the absence of any employment relationship with Wave.
