- Do unused subscription rides roll over?
- Yes, into the following month. Overage is billed at the tier's per-mile rate.
- What counts as an included ride?
- A ride up to the mileage cap on your tier (10 miles on both Standard and Black). Beyond the cap bills as overage.
- Is booking flat-rate or metered?
- You get an up-front flat-rate quote before confirming. Subscription rides draw from your monthly bucket; anything over the mile cap bills as overage.
- Can I use Wave for airport pickups?
- Yes — Wave is ABT-compliant at participating airports. Airport pickups follow the same subscription rules, with a mile cap applied based on your tier.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Anytime from Settings → Membership. You keep access until the end of your current billing period; no prorated refund.
