Wave Rider Membership Agreement
Effective date: 2026-05-01
This Wave Rider Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is between Wave Mobile Technologies ("Wave") and the individual signing up for Wave Rider membership ("you").
1. Service
Wave Rider membership provides access to pre-booked transportation services through the Wave network. All rides must be scheduled in advance. On-demand or immediate pickup requests are not available through Wave Rider membership.
2. Identity verification
Wave Rider is a closed network. At signup you must submit a government-issued photo identification and at least one active social media profile URL. Wave uses these for identity verification, safety, and fraud prevention — not marketing or sale to third parties. Your membership activates when ID verification is complete.
3. Service availability
Wave does not guarantee ride availability at all times or in all locations. Service availability depends on the number of active Wave Certified Partners in your area. Wave is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or unavailability resulting from partner availability, weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside Wave's reasonable control.
4. Fees
The Wave Rider membership fee is specified at signup and charged monthly. Cancellation at any time stops future charges; fees already paid are not refunded.
5. Privacy
Wave's Privacy Policy at waveride.ai/privacy governs how your information is handled.
6. Acknowledgment
By ticking the acknowledgment checkbox and completing payment, you agree to this Agreement.
